The 2021 Copa Libertadores Final will be the final match which decide the winner of the 2021 Copa Libertadores. This will be the 62nd edition of the Copa Libertadores, the top-tier South American continental club football tournament organized by CONMEBOL.

The winners of the 2021 Copa Libertadores will qualify for the 2021 FIFA Club World Cup in Japan, and earn the right to play against the winners of the 2021 Copa Sudamericana in the 2022 Recopa Sudamericana. They will also automatically qualify for the 2022 Copa Libertadores group stage.
