Pre-draft trades
- The Los Angeles Rams traded their first-round selection in 2020 as well as their 2021 first and fourth-round selections to Jacksonville in exchange for cornerback Jalen Ramsey.[1]
- Minnesota traded their second-round selection, along with a conditional 2022 fifth-round selection, to Jacksonville in exchange for defensive end Yannick Ngakoue. The fifth-round selection would have upgraded to a fourth rounder if Ngakoue had gone to the Pro Bowl at the end of the 2020 season, but he was not named, or a third rounder if the Vikings had won the Super Bowl, but they were eliminated from postseason contention.[2]
- Cleveland traded a fifth-round selection to Jacksonville in exchange for safety Ronnie Harrison.[3]
- Jacksonville traded a sixth-round selection to Tennessee in exchange for a seventh-round selection and linebacker Kamalei Correa.[4]

Current roster
Preseason
The Jaguars' preseason opponents and schedule will be announced in the spring.
Regular season
2021 opponents
Listed below are the Jaguars' opponents for 2021. The length of the season is contingent on whether the league expands the regular season from 16 to 17 games. If this happens, a 17th game would match the Jaguars against a interconference opponent from one of the three divisions from the NFC that the Jaguars are not scheduled to play in 2021, which will be based on division placement from 2020.[5]
Exact dates and times will be announced in the spring.
