2021 Pakistan Premier League (2021 PPL) would be the 62nd season of Pakistan domestic football and the 13th season of the Pakistan Premier League.

Disbanded
K-Electric F.C. and SNGPL F.C. were disbanded in 2020.
Teams relegated to PFFL
Karachi Port Trust, Baloch Nushki, Ashraf Sugar Mills, Pakistan Airlines were relegated at the end of the 2018–19 season.
Teams promoted to PFFL
Baloch Quetta got promoted after winning their leg in the 2020 PFF League.[2] Masha United, Karachi United and Gwadar Port Authority also qualified for the league.[3]

Asian Competitions
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Pakistan, the 2020 Pakistan Premier League was cancelled and not organized by the Pakistan Football Federation.No team from Pakistan will play in the 2021 AFC Cup.[4][5]
