Brothers Union (BU): The Gopibagh-based outfit submitted their players' list two days after the deadline of the players' transfer, effectively violating the rules and losing their eligibility to stay in the top-flight football. Considering Brothers Union's contribution to the country's football, the players status committee of BFF decided to allow them to take part in the league.[4]
