Annoying Orange

• Orange (voiced by Dane Boedigheimer) - The main protagonist of the series. He has the ability to spit seeds from his mouth and has a passion for farts, TNT, kazoos, making noises - like "nya nya" and the sound of a motorboat's engine - and touching his tongue to his eyeball. Despite this, he is generally good-hearted, to the point of warning his guests about their imminent deaths. Orange likes to make puns and jokes, usually punctuates with his signature laugh.
• Pear (voiced by Dane Boedigheimer) - a D'Anjou pear. He is the only fruit who puts up with Orange (at least most of the time), and is arguably his best friend, although Pear refuse to admit it. the other foods think he is boring due to his passion for reading, he is often the butt of many jokes throughout the series. As a result, Pear has confirmed to try to perform extreme things to deny the idea of him being boring.
• Marshmallow (voiced by Dane Boedigheimer) - A cute marshmallow who talks in a squeaky voice and is almost always in a happy, joyful mood. He is considered to be Midget Apple's best friend. He loves unicorns (his mother being a unicorn herself), rainbows, cuddly animals, and all things cute. A running gag has many foods and Annoying Orange fans questioning whether Marshmallow is male or female - although Marshmallow's gender has referred to be a male, according to pronouns used in reference to Marshmallow in his early appearances. Marshmallow says "Yay!" a lot and has a cheeky giggle.
• Midget Apple (voiced by Dane Boedigheimer) - A diminutive Red Delicious apple who prefers to be called "Little Apple" - as he hates to calling his name "Midget Apple" to be politically incorrect towards fruits his size. He owns a monster truck and is often ridiculed for his height, mostly by Orange. He is also an expert in horror video games, according to the gaming channel. His catchphrase is "Neato burrito!"
• Passion Fruit (voiced by Justine Ezarik) - A sweet and sassy passion fruit and Orange's love interest - although Orange constantly doesn't want to admit he is in love with her out of embarrassment. Grapefruit is also in love with Passion, although she hates him. At one point, she begins dating a giant granadilla named GG, whom she later finds out is her cousin, and their relationship does not last long.
• Grandpa Lemon (voiced by Kevin Brueck) - An elderly lemon who constantly falls asleep and has a tendency to mishear words. Grandpa Lemon died in his first appearance, being sliced and juiced into a glass of lemonade. He was brought back to life in "Frankenfruit" and has appeared in subsequent episodes since then. In the High Fructose Adventures of Annoying Orange episode "Veggie Zombies", a character called Grandma Lime was mentioned by Grandpa Lemon, which is presumed to be his wife, although it is unconfirmed whether or not she is currently living or deceased, as she was never mentioned again in the franchise.
• Grapefruit (voiced by Bob Jennings) A brawny grapefruit who seems to have a bit of a temper - and is often called fat by others, usually Orange, much to his frustration. Like Grandpa Lemon, he was killed by Knife in his first appearance, he was brought back to life in "Frankenfruit" as the head of the titular amalgamated monster and has appeared in subsequent episodes since then. In earlier seasons, he acted as an antagonist, but in later seasons, he has become part of the main cast. He has the personality of a bodybuilder, as he likes to flex, and also uses bodybuilding terms a lot. He also likes to impress others, particularly the female foods, although he usually fails at his tasks.

• Knife (voiced by Kevin Nalty, later by Dane Boedigheimer, singing voice by Peter Coffin) - A chef's knife who often kills various foods against his will - and not only is he terrified of the fact he is used to mutilate food, but also is terrified of a cruel knife sharpener who seems to find amusement in Knife's suffering.
• Liam the Leprechaun (portrayed by Bob Jennings) - A short-tempered leprechaun who's always losing his pot of gold, and ever since his first encounter with Orange, he has become one of his most bitter enemies. He has his own YouTube channel. In early episodes of the series, Orange refers to him as the "Jolly Green Giant".
• Zoom (voiced by Bob Jennings) - An energy drink. His recurring one-liner is "EXTREEEME!". Zoom also appears in the Annoying Orange App Game, "Splatter Up!".
• Zip (voiced by Aaron Massey) - Another energy drink like Zoom, stated by the latter that Zip contains more energy per ounce. Like Zoom, Zip appears as a power-up in an Annoying Orange app game, "Splatter Up!".
• ZooP (voiced by Bob Jennings and later Aaron Massey) - Yet another energy drink, but also the combination of both Zoom and Zip.
• Squash (voiced by Dane Boedigheimer) - A nervous butternut squash who always ends up inadvertently falling onto various foods and crushing them to death, much to his horror and disgust, usually punctuated with "Eww!," as he doesn't even intend to hurt or kill anyone.
• Copper Lincoln (voiced by Bob Jennings) - A miniature copper statue of Abraham Lincoln, who is incredibly fond of break-dancing and was birthed from an ordinary penny after it was swallowed and coughed up by a magical oyster.
• Dr. Bananas (voiced by Aaron Massey) - A brilliant, yet somewhat insane banana scientist - whose inventions have been known to be incredible achievements, or to cause certain death. Although he was sliced in two by Knife in his debut, he managed to reconnect his two halves with an invention known as the Slice-Twice-Splice Machine. This came with a side effect of electricity surging through his stitching, but this side effect seems to have disappeared in later appearances.
• Nude Dude (voiced by Jack Douglass, later Kevin Brueck) - An apple who became permanently naked after being put into an electric peeler. It is revealed in "Barewolf" that he is a werewolf. Episodes after his debut usually depict him with a censor bar over his groin area.
• Captain Obvious (voiced by Steve Zaragoza, later Shannon Jones) - A sea captain onion who always points out the obvious, much to the annoyance of others.
• Lou the Tick (voiced by Michael "Mike 3D" Wingate) - A conspiracy theorist tick who lives in a shelter, always worrying about aliens possibly taking over the Earth.
• Orange's sister (voiced by Jess Lizama) - Also referred to as Sis or Sissy, she is just as annoying as her brother, Orange.
• Gaming Grape (voiced by Shannon Jones) - A grape who likes to play video games on his PlayStation 4 and other game consoles, much to the chagrin of his mother and his sports fanatic older brother, Game Ball. He mostly appears on the Annoying Orange Gaming channel.
• Corey (voiced by Kevin Brueck) - Midget Apple's literal "half-brother", Corey is a golden delicious apple who managed to survive a knife attack, although he lost his backside in the process. He tends to be quite over-the-top, and he's a bit oblivious or dopey at times, since the knife injury also happened to damage his brain a bit.
• Sour Rangers - These four sour candies that resemble Sour Patch Kids are parodies of the Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers, and have saved the kitchen from the threat of domination or destruction by various villains, including Marshageddon, Lord Bread, and Chivan Stews, via the use of their powers, as well as their Gourds (which are parodies of Zords), which can be used to form Megagourd (parody of the Megazord). So far, they have starred in four episodes chronicling their adventures.
  • Red (voiced by Steven Zurita) - The team leader, Red seems to be somewhat of a braggart and also seems to be the strongest of the four. His Gourd is a zucchini and was gifted the power of the Mussel Chowdergourd in the fourth episode.
  • Pink (voiced by Shira Lazar) - Pink is a gymnast and the sole female member of the team. Her Gourd is a pumpkin and was gifted the power of the Oyster Chowdergourd in the fourth episode.
  • Yellow (voiced by Kevin Brueck) - Yellow serves as the brains of the team. His Gourd is a squash and was gifted the power of the Clam Chowdergourd in the fourth episode.
  • Green (voiced by Bob Jennings) - Green is the always-ignored voice of reason, as his logical ideas on how to deal with villains are always shot down by his teammates, even though they would be very effective, much to his chagrin. His Gourd is a courgette and was gifted the power of an unknown Chowdergourd in the fourth episode (presumed to be a scallop).

The Juice is a talk show series where Orange, Midget Apple, Pear, Grapefruit and Marshmallow discuss a question sent in from the audience. A special Halloween episode of The Juice was aired October 14, 2013. The questions were:

• Episode 2 - If you were all stuck on an island, who would you vote for to get eaten first?

• Episode 7 - What video game character would you choose to be?

Foodsplosion is a parody game show that currently consists of ten episodes. In the game, Orange, who serves as the host, asks a food contestant a question and they have ten seconds to answer. This is a win-win scenario where the player wins regardless of whether they get the question right or wrong (although the player almost always answers incorrectly). The prizes on the show however, are typically hazardous materials to fruits such as sledgehammers, blenders, chainsaws, and explosives. In the end, the player gets smashed, shredded, cut up, or blown apart by his/her "prize". Then, there is an instant slow-motion replay of the destruction, followed by a short advertisement for Daneco, the company known for providing the "prizes".

Ask Orange is a series of episodes where people got to ask questions which were answered by Orange ((and his friends. The show originally ran for eight months, with an episode coming out every month. Four additional Ask Orange videos were also aired. The first aired on September 26, 2011, with Ask Orange #10 being aired on January 24, 2014; Ask Orange #11 on May 31, 2014; and Ask Orange #12 on August 1, 2014. There was also a special episode of Ask Orange called Ask President Marshmallow #1, which aired on November 19, 2012. There are currently 60 episodes of Ask Orange as of April 15, 2020. 3 Christmas episodes were aired in December 2014 – 2016. There are even two Halloween episode in October 2016 - 2017. Currently, it is a recurring series.

The Misfortune of Being Ned is based on a character called Ned, voiced by Steve Zaragoza, who repeatedly finds himself in misfortunate situations. The show debuted on October 9, 2013 as part of Annoying Orange "Shocktober". 20 episodes have been produced, spanning 2 seasons. The main characters are Ned, Greg, voiced by Kevin Brueck, and Wendy, voiced by Meghan Camarena.

Season one of the series ran from October 9, 2013 to December 18, 2013, with ten episodes in the season. On December 18, 2013, Daneboe announced that The Misfortune of Being Ned would be renewed for a second season. Season 2 premiered February 19, 2014, with the series finale being on April 23, 2014. Season 2 also had ten episodes in total. In the final episode, Ned gets to meet Orange, only to be rubbed out by an eraser. Following this, Orange announced that The Marshmallow Show would replace The Misfortune of Being Ned's time-slot, much to Ned's dismay.

The Marshmallow Show was on the Annoying Orange channel and has Internet celebrities on it. Released on June 4, 2014, and ended on August 27, 2014, it airs every Wednesday. Marshmallow is the main character of the show. Other characters that appear in the show are Mushroom (aka Shroom) and Joe the Coffee Mug. The guests who have appeared on The Marshmallow Show are:

Annoying Orange Trailer Trashed is a series of episodes in which Orange, Pear, Midget Apple, Marshmallow and sometimes Grapefruit, in the style of Mystery Science Theater 3000, watch a movie trailer and comment on it. This is generally regarded as them trashing the trailer, hence the name Trailer Trashed.

HOW2 is a series of episodes where Orange and Pear teach the audience how to do all sorts of things. While Pear gives proper advice, Orange gives advice that is silly or off-topic. The series started in February 2016 with HOW2: HOW TO TIE A TIE. Most episodes end with Orange blowing up the video with TNT. DaneBoe makes the show by going through the comment section on the last episode and picking a topic. After that, he researches the topic. Then he makes the video with a bit of the real topic while silly or off-topic is in it too.

The Emoji Raps star Orange rapping about several things using emojis, including himself. The first rap was released on July 3, 2017 (2017-07-03). As of December 18, 2017 (2017-12-18), there have been eleven raps. The eighth rap was a Bendy-themed rap, which was on October 12, 2017 (2017-10-12), the ninth rap was Marshmallow rapping instead, which was on November 6, 2017 (2017-11-06) and the eleventh one was Christmas-themed, which was on December 18, 2017 (2017-12-18).

On September 18, 2017 (2017-09-18), Orange released a series of challenges from the fans' comments and made a series about it that are very extreme, such as the 3 a.m. challenges. As of February 4, 2018 (2018-02-04), there are seven challenges and a few more .

On every October from 2013 Onwards, horror / Halloween episodes are released to celebrate the month of Halloween. Pear is one of a few characters who happens to hate Shocktober, as first stated in the episode "The Deviled Egg". This particular fact was even answered in an Ask Orange question in "Ask Orange 9". In later years, Shocktober would also be involved in the Annoying Orange Gaming Channel, in which the characters mostly play Horror Games, games that are scary, or games that are not really scary but are still meant to celebrate Halloween; whether it'd be a videogame, an online web game, a downloadable game, DLC for a game, a fan game, and more.also they make pear play sonic.exe

From November 24, 2017 (2017-11-24) until December 22, 2017, X-Massacre, also called Christ-Massacre, was released. This series is about different types of food being killed and served for a Christmas dinner. Each episode would feature a food from the Christmas Dinner list on the refrigerator. This list is what the foods of the kitchen call the "X-Massacre List" / "Christ-Massacre List". Whenever a food from the list would be killed, that food gets crossed out from the list.

On September 22, 2017 (2017-09-22), a new series was released where Pear tries to read classical children's stories and fairy tales, only for Orange to make up his own versions (which the plots are often odd or confusing), much to Pear's chagrin, which started with the second episode on January 5, 2018 (2018-01-05). One episode sees Grapefruit reading a story, only for Marshmallow to twist the story up. Marshmallow appeared in a few later episodes as well.

On July 31, 2019, a new series of videos called Annoying History was created. Like How2 it is both education and comedy. Pear gives truthful wise information while Orange gives confusing off-topic information that would drive Pear insane.

Since late 2011, The Collective has produced many accessories, toys and clothing with toymaker The Bridge Direct and clothing retailers such as JCPenney, Shopko and rue21.[21] The Collective also announced a partnership in December of that year with costume manufacturer Rubie's Costume Company to produce children and adult Halloween costumes and accessories featuring characters such as Orange, Pear, Marshmallow, and Midget Apple from the web series.[22]

In 2020, Annoying Orange partnered with Warren James, LLC and has produced Memory-foam plushie toys depicting every major character. The inventory of plush toys includes Orange,[23] Pear,[24] Midget Apple,[25] Marshmallow,[26] Grandpa Lemon,[27] Grapefruit,[28] and Passion Fruit.[29] The toys can be purchased on the official website individually, or in a bundle of seven.[30][31]

The Annoying Orange got a TV series on Cartoon Network, and it ran from 2012 to 2014.

A video game developed by Bottle Rocket Apps named Kitchen Carnage was released for the iPod Touch and iPhone on April 7, 2011. The game was later released in HD for the iPad on May 6, 2011, and for Android devices on October 14, 2011. The Christmas version of the game was released in December 2011 and the free version of the game, Kitchen Carnage Lite, was released March 2, 2012.

The aim of the game is to throw different items across the kitchen into a series of blenders before the time runs out. The player is given apples and bananas at the start. When the second level is reached, tomatoes are added. Level 3 adds cantaloupes, level 4 pineapples, level 5 strawberries and level 6 adds Fred FiggleCorns.

Annoying Orange: Splatter Up is the second game by the Annoying Orange, after Kitchen Carnage. The game is based on baseball, and the player slides a finger while a fruit enters the home plate. The faster the player slides, the farther he gets. The game sprites are the same as the Kitchen Carnage game, the only one that does not appear in this game but appear in Kitchen Carnage is Fred Figglecorn.

Skewerz is the most recent Annoying Orange game. The player is given fruits and vegetables to collect and they need to catch them in the skewer. When collected, you can send them to a blender called the froomba.

On December 23, 2014, Dane Boedigheimer announced that The Annoying Orange has not been funded by Collective Digital Studios since November 2014. This has led Boedigheimer to take legal action to get paid. Due to this, the series has had a noticeably lower budget on YouTube since then, with less use of live-action footage of foods.
