Bögen

The Bögen (Kazakh: Бөген, Russian: Бугунь Bugun) is a river of southern Kazakhstan. It flows for 164 kilometres (102 mi) with a basin area of 4,680 square kilometres (1,810 sq mi).[1] The river begins at the confluence of the rivers Ulken-Bugun and Bala Bugun, flowing from the south-western slopes of the Karatau Mountain ridge. The river is used for irrigation. It discharges into the lake Kum-Kol, and does not reach the Syr Darya.[1]
