Karmaveera

Karmaveera is a major Kannada weekly family interest magazine, published in Karnataka, India, which has its headquarters in Bengaluru, Karnataka.[6][7] It is also published from Hubli, Davangere, Gulbarga and Mangaluru districts of Karnataka.[8][9][10]

History

Karmaveera was first published in 1921.[5] Ranganath Ramchandra Diwakar, an ex-president of the KPCC,[11] established the ′Loka Shikshana Trust′ (meaning: World Education Trust)[12] on 27 April 1933, which publishes Kasthuri and Karmaveera.[13][14][15]

Kannada writer and poet, P.V. Acharya,[16] was one among the many editors of Karmaveera.[12] Its current Editor is G. Anil Kumar.
