The busiest arena in California has hosted many local, regional and international artists since its opening in 1999.[1] A list of entertainment events are given in the tables below in chronological order.

Bruce Springsteen was the first major artist to perform at the Staples Center; having performed his first show at the arena on the opening day (October 17, 1999)
Taylor Swift has performed 16 sold-out shows at the venue; the most number of appearances at the venue by a female artist
