Mandarin Oriental Chengdu
The Mandarin Oriental Chengdu is an incomplete hotel in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group currently under construction. It will occupy the top 33 stories of a mixed-use tower, located in Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan province in southwest China. It will be 333 metres (1,092.5 ft) tall. Construction started in 2013.[1]

The hotel is a mixed-use development located on a riverfront site in the Jin-jiang district and it is designed by Aedas.[1]
The property features 320 rooms and 41 suites.
The Mandarin Oriental Chengdu will have a rooftop bar and tea lounge, a Chinese restaurant serving Sichuan cuisine, three speciality dining venues and a Cake Shop. The hotel will also have a 1,200-seat ballroom and a 500-seat junior ballroom, as well as a variety of multi-purpose function spaces, which will be used to host conferences of all sizes.[4]
The building will also contain a 2,740 sq.m Spa at Mandarin Oriental, with 10 treatment rooms. There will also be a fitness facility and an indoor swimming pool.[4][5]
