Quanera Hayes

Quanera Hayes (born March 7, 1992) is an American sprinter specializing in the 400 metres.[1] She won the bronze medal at the 2016 World Indoor Championships. Hayes was raised in her hometown of Hope Mills, North Carolina.[2] Quanera is also a spring 2013 initiate of the Alpha Xi chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority.
