Sheila Ruth
Sheila Ruth (born 1964) is an American politician who represents district 44B in the Maryland House of Delegates.[1] Governor Larry Hogan appointed Ruth to fill the vacancy created by the appointment of Charles E. Sydnor III to the Maryland Senate.[2]
