Wayne A. Hartman
Wayne A. Hartman (born December 14, 1967) is an American politician from Maryland from the Republican. He is currently serving in the Maryland House of Delegates from District 38C, representing Wicomico County and Worcester County including Ocean City, Maryland. He previously served on the Ocean City Council for one four-year term.[1]
