Takamatsu Station (Kagawa)

Takamatsu Station (高松駅, Takamatsu-eki) is a railway station on the Yosan and Kōtoku lines in Takamatsu, Kagawa, Japan. It is operated by the Shikoku Railway Company (JR Shikoku).

History

The station opened on 21 February 1897. With the privatization and dissolution of Japan National Railways on 1 April 1987, the station came under the control of the newly-created Japan Railways Shikoku (JR Shikoku).
