Turkish Women's Second Football League
The Turkish Women's Second Football League (Turkish: Kadınlar 2. Futbol Ligi) is the second league competition for women's association football in Turkey.

Format
As of 2016-17 Season, 14 teams compete for promoting to 1st League. They were divided into two groups according to their geographical location. In each group, teams play against each other home-and-away in a round-robin format. The group winners and runners-up advance to the promotion group, bottom two teams of each group enter the relegation group. Both promotion and relegation groups consists 4 teams and teams play against each other as in the first stage. Top two team of the promotion group qualify for the 1st League, last two team of the relegation group relegated to the Turkish Women's Third Football League.[1]

On 13 July 2020, the Turkish Football Federation (TFF)'s Board of Women's Leagues announced following regulation:[2]
- "Regarding the 2019-2020 Women's Football Leagues Özge Kanbay Season, which was decided at the meeting of the TFF Board of Directors dated 8 July 2020 not to be played due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in Turkey, the registration format should be applied as follows:
- a) Registration of the 2019-2020 Season Women's Second League is according to the current point order on the date of the decision not to play,
- b) No champion team is declared in the 2019-2020 Season Women's Second League,
- c) No relegation from the 2019-2020 Season Women's Second League to the lower league will occur, except any team, which was imposed a relegation penalty by the "Amateur Football Discipline Board" /AFDK),
- d) Four teams of the 2019-2020 season of the Women's Second League will be promoted to the 2020-2021 Women's First League. Promoted teams will be determined by the average point, which is the earned point divided by the number of matches played,
- e) According to this, İlkadım Belediyesi Yabancılar Pazarı Spor, Dudullu Spor, 1207 Antalya Spor and Kayseri Gençler Birliği are promoted to the Women's First League,
- f) No awards for the champion, second or third placed teams will be given in the 2019-2020 season."
