Westwood is a village and retail estate in the civil parish of Broadstairs and St Peter's, in the Thanet district of Kent, England, and 1.9 miles (3.1 km) south of Margate,.

Economy
It is the location of the out of town shopping centre Westwood Cross. It is also the site of East Kent Retail Park (Matalan, Harveys Furniture, and Pets at Home) and Westwood Gateway Retail Park (Argos, Homebase and Sports World). Both sites are owned by Hammerson.[1]
Notable residents
- Australian entertainers Kate and Harry Rickards had a country home called "Westwood Lodge" in the village in the early 1900s.[2][3]
