Xinle, Hebei
Xinle (simplified Chinese: 新乐; traditional Chinese: 新樂; pinyin: Xīnlè; lit. 'New Joy') is a county-level city of Hebei Province, North China, it is under the administration of the prefecture-level city of Shijiazhuang.
