• Chiapas F.C. Premier disappears and Lobos BUAP Premier took his place.
• Reynosa F.C. changed his name to Atlético Reynosa.[5]
• Atlético Cuernavaca changed his name to Halcones de Morelos.[6]
• Tecos F.C. was promoted from Tercera División.[7]
• Loros UdeC was relegated from Ascenso MX.[8]
