Amphicynodon
Amphicynodon is an extinct genus of early bear, endemic to Europe and Asia during the Oligocene. It lived from ~33.9—28.4 Mya, existing for approximately 6 million years . It was a small basal member of the bear family, similar in size to early mustelids.
