Bollapalle

Bollapalle is a village in Guntur district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is the headquarters of Bollapalle mandal in Narasaraopet revenue division.[2] It is the headquarters of Bollapalle mandal.[4]

Geography

Bollapalle is situated at 16°29′32″N 80°00′32″E. It is spread over an area of 1,344 ha (3,320 acres).[2]

Governance

Bollapalle gram panchayat is the local self-government of the village.[1] It is divided into wards and each ward is represented by a ward member.[5]

Education

As per the school information report for the academic year 2018–19, the village has a total of 13 schools. These schools include 8 Zilla Parishad / MPP, one model, one KGBV and 3 private schools.[6]
