Russia–United States summits are held from 1991 to present. The topics discussed at the summits between the President of the United States and the President of Russia.

Included discussions on arms control; nuclear proliferation with North Korea, Iran, and Iraq; the planned expansion of NATO into Eastern Europe; the sovereignty of post-Soviet states; Russian membership in the World Trade Organization; Russian human rights violations in the Chechen conflict; and the threat of Islamist terrorist attacks against both Russia and the United States.

Hosted by Finnish President Sauli Niinistö. Contained no formal agenda or communique outlining topics of discussion. Controversial in the United States due to Russian interference in the 2016 United States elections and allegations of collusion between President Trump and Russia. Resulted in Russian-American relations deteriorating to their worst point since the Cold War.
