History

Between 1953 and 2013 the winners of Miss Switzerland went to Miss Universe pageant. In 2014 the winner had been selected by appointing in model agency in Switzerland. Began in 2016 the Miss Universe Switzerland contest winner will compete at the Miss Universe pageant. On occasion, when the winner does not qualify (due to age) for either contest, a runner-up is sent.

New promoter Veeranda Aeberli is a received a mandate to be a National director of Miss Universe in Switzerland. Beauty Confidently is in Switzerland and focus on a women who want to be a role model of Swiss women cross country to be contestants of Miss Universe Switzerland A huge National peagent of Switzerland and to be number one of Beauty Queen in the country to be a representative of Switzerland at the Miss Universe pageant. Before Miss Universe Switzerland, Miss Switzerland sent its winner to the Miss Universe.Veranda or Vilanda Arberli makes a return of Miss Universe Switzerland to the Miss Universe Pageant.[1]
