Mitsubishi Chemical Holdings Corporation (株式会社三菱ケミカルホールディングス, Kabushiki-gaisha Mitsubishi Kemikaru Hōrudingusu) (TYO: 4188), is a Japanese company formed in October 2005 from the merger of Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation and Mitsubishi Pharma Corporation. The company is based in Tokyo (1-1 Marunouchi 1-chome, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-8251) and is managed by Hitoshi Ochi. It is one of the core Mitsubishi companies.
