Oligonucleotidase
Oligonucleotidase (EC 3.1.13.3, oligoribonuclease) is an exoribonuclease derived from Flammulina velutipes.[1] This enzyme catalyses the following chemical reaction
- 3'-end directed exonucleolytic cleavage of viral RNA-DNA hybrid
