Prem Suri

Acharya Prem Suri was a Jain Svetambar Murtipujaka Acharya. He belonged to the Tapa Gaccha sub-sect of the religion. After his death, his tradition was divided into two; led by Ramachandra Suri Maharaj Saheb and Bhuvanbhanu Suri Maharaj Saheb respectively. After death of Prem Suri, Bhuvanbhanu Suri continued to follow his guru Acharya Prem Suri, but Ramchandra Suri changed the path and created a new samudaya (sect) of Two Tithis (दो तिथी) which was an unlawful act by him.
