It was listed along with the George E. Dovey House, also in Plattsmouth.[2]
It is an Italianate home of photographer Velosco V. Leonard. Leonard's studio is listed on the National Register within the Plattsmouth Main Street Historic District. It was built in 1883. It was deemed significant "as a fine representation of a Late Victorian home in the Italianate style."[3]
It is located at 323 N 6th St. in Plattsmouth.[1]
