History

The two-storey mansion was completed in 1803.[2] It was built for Adam Derryberry and his son Jacob.[2] Later, it was redesigned in the Greek Revival architectural style.[2] By the 1990s, the mansion still belonged to Derryberry's descendants.[2]

Architectural significance

It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since November 7, 1990.[3]
