Half Moon Bay, Alberta

Half Moon Bay is a summer village in Alberta, Canada. It is located on the western shore of Sylvan Lake, near Sylvan Lake Provincial Park.

In the 2016 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada, the Summer Village of Half Moon Bay recorded a population of 42 living in 20 of its 56 total private dwellings, a 10.5% change from its 2011 population of 38. With a land area of 0.11 km2 (0.042 sq mi), it had a population density of 381.8/km2 (988.9/sq mi) in 2016.[2]

In the 2011 Census, the Summer Village of Half Moon Bay had a population of 38 living in 16 of its 62 total dwellings, an 18.8% change from its 2006 population of 32. With a land area of 0.17 km2 (0.066 sq mi), it had a population density of 223.5/km2 (578.9/sq mi) in 2011.[3]
