In the 2016 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada, the Summer Village of Val Quentin recorded a population of 252 living in 128 of its 224 total private dwellings, a 60.5% change from its 2011 population of 157. With a land area of 0.31 km2 (0.12 sq mi), it had a population density of 812.9/km2 (2,105.4/sq mi) in 2016.[1]

In the 2011 Census, the Summer Village of Val Quentin had a population of 157 living in 77 of its 179 total dwellings, a -13.3% change from its 2006 population of 181. With a land area of 0.3 km2 (0.12 sq mi), it had a population density of 523.3/km2 (1,355.4/sq mi) in 2011.[2]
