List of Brazilian states by population
There are 26 States in Brazil plus the Federal District which holds the national capital, Brasília. Below are these states listed in order of population, from São Paulo, with the greatest population, to Roraima with the smallest.
The figures below are based on the 2020 Estimates and 2010 Census of the IBGE.[1]
