Psalm 62

Psalm 62 is the 62nd psalm from the Book of Psalms. In the slightly different numbering system of the Greek Septuagint version of the bible, and in its Latin translation in the Vulgate, this psalm is Psalm 61. It is attributed to King David.

The psalm offers a warning not to let one's power erode one's trust in God.[1]

New Testament

Verse 12 is quoted in Matthew 16:27 and Romans 2:6 in the New Testament.[2]
