Sliced fish soup

Sliced fish soup is a Singaporean seafood dish. It consists of fish, vegetables, and beancurd; with the addition of cuttlefish and prawns, and is usually eaten with rice or on its own. The dish is also alternatively called seafood soup. It is sold in most hawker centres and usually costs between S$4.50 and S$5, or equivalent to US$4.[1]

Variations

Similarly to fish soup bee hoon, there are two variants of sliced fish soup, and it includes whether to include evaporated milk in the stock, giving it a creamy and opaque texture.[1]
