2021 Virginia Attorney General election
The 2021 Virginia Attorney General election will be held on November 2, 2021, to elect the next Attorney General of Virginia. Incumbent Democratic Incumbent Attorney General Mark Herring is running for a third term. Herring initially planned to run for governor, but decided to run for re-election.
