Carolina Theatre (Lumberton, North Carolina)
Carolina Theatre, also known as the Carolina Civic Center, is a historic movie theater located at Lumberton, Robeson County, North Carolina. It was built in 1927–1928, and is a three-story, Italian Renaissance style brick and terra cotta building. The theatre closed in 1975.[2] It has been renovated and houses the Carolina Civic Center.

It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1981.[1] It is located in the Lumberton Commercial Historic District at 319 North Chestnut Street.
