February 2021 Joe Biden speech to joint session of Congress
The 46th President of the United States, Joe Biden, will give his first public address before a joint session of the United States Congress on Tuesday, February 23, 2021.[1] Similar to a State of the Union Address, it will be delivered before the 117th United States Congress in the Chamber of the United States House of Representatives in the United States Capitol. Presiding over this joint session will be the House Speaker, Nancy Pelosi, and she will be accompanied by Kamala Harris, the Vice President of the United States in her capacity as President of the Senate. It will mark the first time two women in the capacity of presiding officers will sit on the rostrum during a joint session address.
