Oscar Gonzales Malapitan (born June 14, 1955) is a Filipino politician and the incumbent Mayor of Caloocan since June 30, 2013. He previously served as the Representative from the First District of Caloocan City in the House of Representatives of the Philippines for three terms from 2004 to 2013. He is currently a member of the Nacionalista Party.
