The minister of Equipment, Transport and Logistics is the chairman of the Supervisory Board of Société d'Exploitation des Ports (which trades as Marsa Maroc)

The Direction Générale de l’Aviation Civile serves as the country's civil aviation authority, and the daughter organisation Bureau d’Enquêtes et d’Analyses d’Accidents d’Aviation Civile is the country's air accident investigation agency.[5]
