Beovizija 2007
Beovizija 2007 was the fifth edition of Beovizija organised by RTS in order to select the Serbian entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2007. The selection featured a semi-final and a final held on 7 and 8 March 2007, respectively. Both shows, hosted by Jelena Jovičić and Boda Ninković, aired on RTS1, RTS Sat as well as online at rts.co.yu.[1]
Competing entries
Artists and songwriters were able to submit their entries between 28 December 2006 and 29 January 2007. Songwriters of any nationality were allowed to submit entries, but songs were required to be performed by Serb citizens and in Serbian.[2] At the closing of the deadline, 200 submissions were received by RTS. A selection committee reviewed the submissions and selected twenty entries for the national final. The selected entries were announced on 7 February 2007. The selection committee consisted of Anja Rogljić, Ana Miličević, Zoran Dašić, Jelena Ilić, Nikola Dojčinović, Miki Stanojević and Bilja Krstić.[3]
