Queen Elizabeth II Regina, Saskatchewan 2005 Susan Velder Located within the Queen Elizabeth II Gardens at the Wascana Centre, the statue was unveiled by the Queen during her golden jubilee year. The horse that is portrayed in the statue is Burmese, a horse gifted to Elizabeth II by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.[10]
