Serendra
Serendra is a residential project of Ayala Land, Inc., located between 11th Avenue and McKinley Parkway, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Metro Manila. It is a 12-hectare garden community with European architecture style derived from Tegel harbor and Berliner Strasse master plans in Germany, combined with the stone style house or bahay na bato architecture of the Philippines.

Architecture
Serendra has 65% of its area dedicated to landscaped greenery and various amenities and facilities. It is divided into two parts: One Serendra, project of Ayala Land Premier, and Two Serendra, project of Alveo Land Corp., a fully owned subsidiary of Ayala Land, Inc.
Sections ABCDE of Two Serendra are connected to Two Serendra Phase III by a landmark bridge, which is for the exclusive use of the residents.
Retail promenade
Serendra's retail promenade is called The Shops at Serendra (a.k.a. Piazza or Serendra Plaza), which includes boutiques, art galleries, home stores, and service establishments as well as multi-cultural restaurants with either European, Asian, or Continental themes.
