List of NCAA Division I basketball arenas
This is a list of arenas that currently serve as the home venue for NCAA Division I college basketball teams. Conference affiliations reflect those in the current 2020–21 season. The arenas serve as home venues for both the men's and women's teams except where noted. In addition, venues which are not located on campus or are used infrequently during the season have been listed.
All listed capacities are the full normal capacities for basketball, and do not reflect attendance restrictions due to COVID-19. Teams that have opted out of the 2020–21 season due to COVID-19—currently Bethune–Cookman (men and women), Cal State Northridge (women only), Florida A&M (women only), Maryland Eastern Shore (men and women), and all Ivy League members—are included.

- Notes
- Temple splits its women's home games between the Liacouras Center and another on-campus facility, McGonigle Hall.
- Wichita State plays one men's game each season off-campus at Intrust Bank Arena.
- DePaul splits its women's home games between Wintrust Arena and the on-campus McGrath–Phillips Arena.
- St. John's men generally play their Big East home schedule in Madison Square Garden and their non-conference home schedule on campus at Carnesecca Arena.
- UConn splits its men's and women's home games between the Gampel Pavilion and the XL Center in Hartford, Connecticut.
- For certain high-profile home games, Villanova uses the Wells Fargo Center.
- Idaho plays its early-season home games at Memorial Gymnasium while the Kibbie Dome, known as Cowan Spectrum for basketball games, is in use by the football team. In seasons that end in even-numbered calendar years, the first men's game at Cowan Spectrum is the rivalry game against Washington State.
- After the 2018–19 school year, the LIU Post athletic program will be merged into the Division I athletic program of its sister campus, LIU Brooklyn, creating a new Division I program that will compete as the LIU Sharks. The merged teams will continue LIU Brooklyn's membership in the Northeast Conference, with the basketball team being based in Brooklyn.
- The Kentucky women's team plays one or two games each season at Rupp Arena.
- Texas A&M–Corpus Christi uses the on campus Dugan Wellness Center as an alternate home court for both men's and women's teams.
