Mohamed Sharael Taha
Mohamed Sharael Taha is a Singaporean politician who has served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Pasir Ris–Punggol GRC for Pasir Ris East since 10 July 2020 after the 2020 Singaporean general election. He is the Paris Ris-Punggol Town Council's chairmen.

Education
Sharael graduated from National University of Singapore with a degree in mechanical engineering.[1] He also holds a masters in business administration from University of Oxford.[2]
Career
Previously based in United Kingdom, Shareal was with Rolls-Royce managing projects in its engine assembly and test facilities across Europe.[2] He was later seconded to Singapore Aero Engine Services.[3]
Politics
Sharael was fielded in 2020 Singaporean general election to contest in Pasir Ris–Punggol Group Representation Constituency (GRC) on People's Action Party's ticket against Peoples Voice and Singapore Democratic Alliance.[4] His running mates were Teo Chee Hean, Janil Puthucheary, Desmond Tan, and Yeo Wan Ling.[4] On 11 July 2020, Sharael and his team were declared elected to represent Pasir Ris–Punggol GRC in the 14th Parliament of Singapore, garnering 64.15% of the valid votes.[5]
Personal life
Shareal is married with three children.[6]
