The Rural Municipality of Harris No. 316 (2016 population: 193) is a rural municipality (RM) in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan within Census Division No. 12 and SARM Division No. 5.

With a land area of 805.42 km2 (310.97 sq mi), it had a population density of 0.2/km2 (0.6/sq mi) in 2016.[4]

In the 2011 Census of Population, the RM of Harris No. 316 recorded a population of 224, a 14.9% change from its 2006 population of 195. With a land area of 805.42 km2 (310.97 sq mi), it had a population density of 0.3/km2 (0.7/sq mi) in 2011.[7]

Government

The RM of Harris No. 316 is governed by an elected municipal council and an appointed administrator that meets on the second Wednesday of every month.[3] The reeve of the RM is David Husband while its administrator is Adrienne Urban.[3] The RM's office is located in Harris.[3]
