Pavilly is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Normandy region in northern France.

Geography

A town of farming and light industry situated by the banks of the Austreberthe River in the Pays de Caux, some 12 miles (19 km) northwest of Rouen at the junction of the D4, D142, D22 and the D67 roads.

Arms of Pavilly	The arms of Pavilly are blazoned : Quarterly 1: Azure, a cross fleurdelysée Or; 2: Sable, a crozier reversed Or, over which a wolf couchant argent; 3: Sable, a bee argent; and 4: paly Or and azure, a chief gules.
